DKP is fucking retarded.

Actually, it's really awesome considering just how much it can keep track of. But, it's also a huge amount of upkeep for leaders and members alike.

Ethereal has never done a points based loot system, and never will. We've always been of the opinion that this is a simple video game… we'd rather just play and kick ass than frustrate ourselves over attendance and gear distribution. While we continue to be a serious endgame linkshell, a serious DKP system is a little much for a game we'd like to keep light-hearted.

However, being that we now have access to such a glorious DKP system, we'll attempt to utilize it as much as possible. As stated earlier, it's a lot of daily upkeep (sometimes many hours of work to get things in order) and because of this, things will undoubtedly be incorrect or simply missing from the DKP system.

As stated earlier, Ethereal does not (and never will) use a points system for gear distribution. For the purposes of this DKP, all we will track is attendance and some gear.

If you want to be part of the DKP system, you absolutely need to have Ethereal listed as your linkshell on the Official Linkshell Community. If you're not an Ethereal member on the Official Linkshell Community, then Guildwork will not recognize you as an Ethereal member, and you wont be added to the DKP here.

I have to say eth lotting system is win. All the leaders here are really fair and it's one of the few ls's ive been in where only leaders and ass kissers walk away with anything.. why oh why did I not come here sooner D=
